I like to layer my clothing for modesty and dignity purposes. I am always on the lookout for good quality tank tops because they are nearly impossible to find or are ridiculously expensive. These were a pleasant surprise. The cover all areas and fit well. If you get your correct size, you will be covered past your waist, above your cleavage and up into your underarms. As an active Mother this is important. I hate accidental exposure, discomfort or constantly having to fix things. The length is great for pregnant, postpartum or nursing Mamas. The fabric is thick and not see thru so that you could wear it alone and I will bet it will wash and wear well. I would love to see more colors in the future and hope to purchase similar tops for my daughters.

Rubenesque ladies looking for sexy lingerie had best pass on this product 🙂 , since it is rather clingy, and a bit like an undershirt (though it has a v-neck, and should be undetectable.) It suits me, since I cannot wear synthetics without bad skin reactions, and the cotton prevents this. I often wear ‘beach cover-ups’ as blouses, and some are relatively sheer – I bought two of these camisoles so I wouldn’t display my bra to the world in daylight. (Since lockdown, I’ve wondered if this ageing hippie might never wear a bra again, even if I do get some rashes on my knees…)
The touch of lace is feminine – it is off-white, not grey, and I’m glad that I’m not wearing anything like the undershirts which people use for sports.
It is clingy. That is all right with me, since I look for flowing tops, and the cotton against the skin can be absorbent. It would not be the choice for one wanting a sexy chemise. Overall, I’m pleased.

normally a 2X. will a 5X fit loosely enough to drape? form-fitting cling not for me.
Hello. I wear a size 16-18, and have the lace-trimmed tank in 2XL. It is loose on me, but not draping. The XL is more fitted, but not tight. I am more of an hourglass than a pear or apple shaped body, and I am 5’2″. If you normally wear a 2x, then perhaps a 3X or a 4X should fit. If you want a tunic-sort of fit, then I am not sure exactly what size to get. You could try getting 2 sizes and returning the one that does not fit.

Does this shirt fit like a camisole or like a tank top? Does it cling to the body close enough to use it underneath a sheer shirt?
This item fits like a camisole and is clingy without being tight. It stretches. It is an undershirt not a tank to wear as a shirt.

I got the 3X. I don’t know what waist size it fits, but it is very stretchy. The length is pretty long — comes below my stomach.
read the chart for the inches. I felt it was too short for a long line and it kept wrinkling up under my breast. Was not comfortable at all.
