Could you please help me to understand these sizes? im a bit confused. Thanks
First number would be the standard sizing, second number is the inseam. Jeans are quite stretchy, can be generous. As with all things you buy now adays, each pair tends to vary a bit
I wear a normal 26w in plus size Walmart jeans. Is the 26w the same for these?
I found them to be a little big. As I wear them throughout the day they get looser I usually wear a 24W but in these I’ve been wearing a 22w for well over 3 years. I love these jeans and wear them everyday for work. They are the only jeans I’ve found that I don’t have to replace constantly! Bonus they’re comfortable!
How high is the rise in inches?
From the top of the front waistband to the joining seam at the crotch-it’s 12 inches. I’ve never measured one before-I hope I did it right.
Do these run big or true to size?
They fit true to size once you figure out what the sizes are…I ordered the 18w the first time which just fit tight and on 2nd purchase I went to 22w which are really loose but one thing I will say is if you have wide calves the legs can be a bit too clingy. That said I do like these jeans especially since they are more economical than many other brands
Are these low rise or mid rise?
I have a pretty short midsection, so they’re nearly high rise on me. I’d consider them mid-rise on someone a little taller and more proportionate than myself (5’5”, 240, sz18)
Do these run true to size, run big or small?
They were perfect in the hips and thigh and true to size for me
Are the pockets deep?
I think they are. I can fit my whole hand in them and store my iPhone X just fine.

I always get nervous purchasing clothes online, because as a plus sized woman, clothes don’t always match, or fit, based on the size displayed.
I wear a 24, and these jeans fit me almost perfectly! True to size, but don’t stay up without a belt. If you have a large badonk, then you will most likely need a belt. They have a little tightness in the mid thigh area, but it’s not uncomfortable, and do loosen with wear, after 1 day. I’m satisfied with my purchase.
I LOVED these jeans when I first got them. They fit great, looked nice, were actually long enough to wear with boots, inexpensive, etc. I wore them to ride horses in a couple of times and they were really comfortable. I thought I had found my go to jeans. However, when you wear them for a little while, they stretch out and get loose. So I’m constantly pulling up my pants if I’m not wearing a belt, which I usually don’t. I wear them maybe once a week to work. I work in an office. After only 4 months of owning/wearing them, they are already blown out in the inner thigh. I’m not one of those girls whose thighs don’t touch but I’m also not walking 5 miles a day in these jeans either. I’ve had lesser brand jeans last a LOT longer!! Not the quality or durability I expect from Wrangler.
