We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After your order is shipped out, we will send you a ship notification email with tracking information.

Before shipping your order, normally we need 0-7 business days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items, so the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.

Customs fees may be required for some international orders, which will be different in each country. The customer is responsible for all customs fees.

Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 10 to 15 days to be processed & produced, then we will be able to prepare for shipping. Generally speaking, all shipping methods will be delayed, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, hope you can understand.
